System Requirements?
UGVille Mobile supports the current iOS device and the previous 2 versions. We also support the current iPhone and iPad as well as the previous 2 generations of devices
How do I reset my password?
- Navigate to the login page. Click on the "Forgot Password" button.
- Enter your username and click the "Submit" button. You will recieve a one time password via email.
- Enter that one time password and your new password on the mobile application and click the "Save" button.



How To Properly Uninstall and Reinstall UGVille Mobile
From the main screen of your iPad. You'll first hold your finger on the UG app icon. It will then bring up a prompt to “Delete App”.
Select that option and wait for the app to be deleted.
Before you reinstall the app, we first need to do a hard reset of the iPad to clear off any stored cache data of the app.
To do so Hold Down the Power Button and the Home Button of your iPad. Keep holding it until you get a dark screen followed by the Apple Icon. Your iPad is now restarting.
Note: if you do not have an iPad with a home button, follow the following button sequence (quickly):
- Press Volume Up and release.
- Press Volume Down and release.
- Press and hold the power button for several seconds. When you see the black screen with white Apple logo, release.
This will help restore the app back to it's default settings, and eliminate any potential connectivity issues that you may have had prior to uninstalling the app.

How do I contact the person on my opportunity?
When you are looking at your opportunities, swipe left to see the call, email and sms functions for the contact on your opportunity.

How Do I search for my opportunity?
The search bar at the top of the application is a global search. When you search for your information, the results will be provided in 3 categories: opportunities, contacts and tasks.
